About the Founder
Newton Giraud is a seasoned talent and organizational development professional with over 30 years of experience. Passionate about driving strategic decisions, he excels in collaborating with key leadership stakeholders to craft and execute impactful organizational development and talent strategies. Newton’s expertise spans HRM systems, instructional design, strategic thinking, and cross-cultural adeptness. His career is marked by consistent initiatives fostering communication, influence, and a culture of continual learning.
With a solid track record, Newton specializes in designing and delivering diverse learning programs, workshops, and leadership initiatives. His leadership roles include spearheading the establishment of Learning and Organizational Development Centers of Excellence in the APAC region and designing flagship programs in leadership and management. Newton’s career began in government-related roles, focusing on international relations, trade agreements, environmental impact operations, and sustainable development partnerships. He has delivered over 20,000 hours of business training, coached 250+ clients globally, and certified over 100 trainers. Newton, driven by a passion for perpetual learning and innovation, continually evolves programs and strategies to unlock organizational potential.
