Expatriate Preparation
This is a pre-departure program for those who are soon-to-be expatriates on what to expect when living and working abroad. It focuses on the following:

- Soft Skills Training (how to make presentations, negotiate, and facilitate meetings in a particular business culture)
- Language Training (if needed, we provide pre and post-departure language training solutions)
Business English Skills
A set of basic business English skills to help those newly assigned expatriates who are not very comfortable with the English business environment. It includes but not limited to:

- People Management Skills (adapted to the target country’s business cultural profile)
Cross-Cultural Skills
This is a program that aims at building cross-cultural competence and awareness of the differences and similarities between country cultures. It is aimed at:
- Teams who need to work cross-boundary and cross-culturally
- Those who need to lead cross-culturally dispersed teams or individuals
- Those who are struggling to work with others from different cultural backgrounds
Note: This program focuses mainly on business culture, not on social culture. It greatly benefit those that want to become more effective conducting business with people from different cultural backgrounds.
Psychometric Assessment
We use psychometric assessments for three main purposes:
- Assess corporate fit for pre-hires (used for recruiting individuals who might be a good fit for the organization’s culture)
- Assess readiness for new roles (promotion to new role within the organization)
- Talent Development (identifying strengths and areas for improvement)
360° Feedback
We will design specific and tailor-made 360° feedback surveys in the following scenarios:
- Pre and Post-Assessment for Leadership Programs
- Identification of Issues holding teams and individuals back (performance; conflict; team culture; ownership; silo-thinking; etc.)
- Assessing Psychological Safety (how safe individuals and teams feel to express their opinions and ideas freely without fear)
